7. A Pre-Licensure BSN Program Track student completes 57 units of Nursing coursework and 6 units of Upper Division GE towards the 120 units required for the degree.
Applicants are admitted to Purdue University School of Nursing's Accelerated Program once each year. Participants will be admitted to the nursing coursework in May, complete coursework in August of the following year, be eligible for graduation from Purdue University in August, and be eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). The Second Degree Accelerated Baccalaureate Program in Nursing leads to a bachelor of science (BS) in Nursing degree.

The ACE program is an accelerated BSN program for individuals already holding a BS/BA in any field from an accredited college or university who wish to enter the nursing profession. The intensive program allows qualified individuals to complete the nursing coursework in 12 consecutive months.

A Post-Licensure BSN Program Track student completes 24 units of Nursing coursework, 6 units of Upper Division GE, and upon transcript validation may be awarded up to 20 units of nursing credit for NCLEX-RN towards the 120 units required for the degree.The traditional four-year program is designed for the student who has completed high school level education. Students in this program complete Ashland University core coursework in the first two academic years and begin clinical nursing coursework in their junior year.
