It is the applicant’s responsibility to update newly completed coursework in the coursework section of the application. If an applicant has Planned/In Progress courses listed in the coursework section of their application, it is their responsibility to update these courses with the grade, once the courses have been completed.

Students who have completed coursework in graduate non-degree status and wish to apply that coursework to a Mason degree should carefully review the university policies governing transfer of credit. Students should also be familiar with the additional policies of the College of Health and Human Services that pertain to transfer of credit.

Students in the Luzerne County Community College Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program recently completed their coursework. The students completed a six-credit EMT course which requires participation in a 230-hour lecture, lab, and clinical that teaches basic life support skills. Upon completion of the course, the LCCC EMT students are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) practical and written certification examinations.
